THE TEAM
Riona Ndzalama Mabaso – Director
Ndzalama completed her BA in Social Science qualification in University of Johannesburg in the year 2020. During her years of studies, Ndzalama acquired a set of skills that are assisting her in the role of the Director. The skills include communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to details, time management etc.
Godwill Mabaso – Operations Manager
Godwill has over 15 years in the HVAC and refrigeration industry. He is a competent person with a diploma in refrigeration and air conditioning and a diploma in mechanical engineering. This has equipped him with the skill set required to take our business into the future. Godwill is driven by strategic thinking, thereby ensuring that the company’s business plan supports an overall vision (with the main focus on understanding and meeting client expectations). His strong leadership also ensures that the team delivers on the company’s key objectives of understanding and meeting client expectations.
Tintswalo Mabaso – Marketing Manager
Tintswalo has got good marketing skills and good communication skills. Her ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, to think laterally under all circumstances, has ensured that Mberha refrigeration clients are always provided with the best possible solution and product.
Precious Dolamo – Sheq Coordinator
Precious has over 11 years in the SHEQ industry. She is a competent person who is capable of identifying existing and predictable hazards in the surroundings. She has been exposed to both the commercial and mining environment and is now responsible for our Sheq Department.
Lucas Ntshane – Senior Technician
Lucas is qualified refrigeration mechanic with over 7 years’ professional experience in air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation. Lucas ensures successful completion of all the Mberha refrigeration by proactively managing the process and identifying potential challenges early on. This approach allows him to not only ensure the highest standard of work for each project, but also to create the best experience for each client through honest and effective communication and project adaptability.
Menzi Eric Zwane – Technician
Menzi is a qualified Air conditioning artisan with over 6 years’ experience in HVAC and refrigeration. Menzi has a reputation for extraordinary commitment in delivering quality work in line with client and company expectations.
Brian Vusi Chauke – Technician
Brian has a diploma in mechanical engineering from Vaal University of technology and has over 3 years’ experience. He has worked with Eskom for 2 years and now works for Mberha refrigeration. He found himself being exposed to a number HVAC and Air conditioning projects.
